In the mid-1990’s the Anderson family became aware of the availability of the site that became the Gateway Shopping Centre. We had a clear vision of the extraordinary potential of the site to build a fine Convenience Shopping Centre and this became the start of a progressive, multi-building shopping center development.

Owned and run by a family, Gateway grew and improved steadily from the opening of Spar in November 1997 up until today with the current upgrade of the Total service station.
